ABOUT ME
I grew up on “Redwin,” my family farm in Reefton, a small town in regional NSW, and I’ve carried my love of country cooking with me to Sydney’s east. Now based in Rose Bay, I run a small catering business focused on rustic, homemade food made with fresh, seasonal Australian produce. What started back in 2016 as my NOMS Instagram page has grown into a real passion project, supported by friends and family — sharing food that’s full of flavour, comfort, and charm.
